Drew

I have to say that yesterday was a really good day. During ministry time at church Drew went up and gave his heart back to the Lord. That was such a blessing. Since he graduated and went to work, there were some things that he had wandered to with some of his work buddies and others that didn't exactly make his dad and I too happy. I knew in my heart he still loved God and knew what the right things to do were, it was just so hard for him to not just go with the crowd. I have seen a difference in him in the last couple of weeks so I think the Holy Ghost was working on him even before yesterday. I am just glad that he listened and was obedient. I would ask that everyone reading this blog please pray for Drew this week. He is out of town with work this whole week up north and I am praying that he can continue to seek God while he is gone and not let worldly things try to draw him away. Please pray for strength for him to stand for what he knows is right and also for protection while he is gone. I love my boy and I am so blessed to see him turn back to God.

I just totally love my Drewky. Matt was really blessed to see Drew go up yesterday. We will continue to pray for him. I pray that all of the young people of CFC run after God with all their hearts. I am so proud of Drew. I pray the Lord gives him strength.

i spoke with drew yesterday on the phone and he had just got off work. i asked if he took his Bible with him up north and he said, 'no' but that he had found one in the hotel drawer..hah! i reminded him that he needs to grow somehow, so hopefully he'll take it with him next time he goes. (maybe you can remind him as well, mom) drew has such a tender heart and i'm excited to see what God's gonna do with him! Yay for Jesus!! :)

Drew blessed me so much Sunday. He was so broken before God. It was so awesome to see God moving on him. Drew is a great kid who just lost his way. I am so thankful that God is still with our kids even when they try to run. Drew knows God and I know that God will see him through. God is truly good!!!
